Because there will be a large concert downtown on the night of the wedding, hotel availability within walking distance of the venue is extremely limited. There may still be Airbnb options closer to downtown if that is your preference, but most hotels in the area are fully booked.

Rooms from our block at the Summit Hotel have officially been released back to the public on July 10th. There are still some rooms available at the hotel’s regular rate but may sell out before the wedding.

The Summit is a four-star hotel with two restaurants and a bar on site. The property also shares a campus with a food hall and additional dining options.

Self-parking is free, with valet parking also available. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets.

To make transportation easier, we will be offering a shuttle to and from the downtown venue both before and after the wedding. Parking downtown will be very limited due to the concert. The Summit has confirmed that guests who are not staying at the hotel may still use complimentary parking and ride the shuttle.

5:00pm: Pick up from Summit Hotel (arrive Colette 5:20-5:30)

6:00pm: Pick up from Summit Hotel (arrive Colette 6:20-6:30)

11:30pm: Pick up from Colette (arrive at Summit 11:50-12:00)

12:30am: Pick up from Colette (arrive at Summit 12:50-1:00am)

(If you want to stay later there will be plenty of ubers/lyfts available at this time)

Best Western Premier Mariemont Inn: This is an extremely charming 4 star hotel in a very cute part of town. It’s a 4 min drive to the summit and is a 15 min walk to our house. The Mariemont Inn will also accept a 1 night reservation and currently has availability.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati NE - Redbank Road: You can walk to the summit hotel from the holiday in to take the shuttle. The Holiday Inn will accept a 1 night reservation the wedding weekend.
