Because there will be a large concert downtown on the night of the wedding, hotel availability within walking distance of the venue is extremely limited. There may still be Airbnb options closer to downtown if that is your preference, but most hotels in the area are fully booked.
We have secured a hotel block at the Summit Hotel in the Madisonville neighborhood, just around the corner from where we live. The Summit is a four-star hotel with two restaurants and a bar on site. The property also shares a campus with a food hall and additional dining options.
To make transportation easier, we will be offering a shuttle to and from the downtown venue both before and after the wedding. Parking downtown will be very limited due to the concert. The Summit has confirmed that guests who are not staying at the hotel may still use complimentary parking and ride the shuttle.
The hotel block requires a two-night minimum stay at a nightly rate of $279. Self-parking is free, with valet parking also available. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets.
Our room block is limited, and there is a strong chance the hotel will fill up before the wedding weekend. We encourage everyone to book as early as possible!

Best Western Premier Mariemont Inn: This is an extremely charming 4 star hotel in a very cute part of town. It’s a 4 min drive to the summit and is a 15 min walk to our house. The Mariemont Inn will also accept a 1 night reservation and currently has availability.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati NE - Redbank Road: You can walk to the summit hotel from the holiday in to take the shuttle. The Holiday Inn will accept a 1 night reservation the wedding weekend.
Getting here by plane
Flying in? CVG (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport) is your best bet and the closest. It’s also in Kentucky but is very close by.
It's just about 20 minutes from downtown and an easy ride into the heart of the city. With lots of direct flights and a smooth trip in, you'll be relaxing in no time. It’s easy to catch a rideshare at the airport or there are plenty of car rental options. This airport is rarely busy and very easy to navigate.
